So, I finally went through all of the reports. (Flight was delayed, then cancelled, then the rebooked flight was delayed...Eighteen hours trapped in the Edmonton Airport is a preview of hell, I swear.)

Remember how you said there were 270 people at quarantine at one point?

Turns out they were looking for over a thousand people. Most of them were already dead.

So many people died before they even made it to quarantine. Almost three thousand records that I see in here, and most of them either died violently or by “natural” causes, all within about six months of each other.

Some of the reports reference an initial patient list, but I can’t find it anywhere. All I know is that some Dr. E. Foster was the one who found the list and turned it over to Wyrd. No idea who he or she is. But I do know there were hundreds of patients he treated all over Canada, from one end of the country to the other. And every one of them became infectious before they died, and passed it on to others.

No wonder they wanted to keep it secret from the world.

But why keep it secret from the rest of us?

You know, there's one name that's missing.

I've seen k/c/q's from Bridget, Jay, Agent Maple, Larch...maybe three dozen different agents, even one from Dr. Gil Burton.

One name is conspicuous by its absence.

There is not one k/c/q from Ishmael.

So not only was our favourite chief field ops demoted without his knowing it...but he might not even know about the quarantine any more than we did.

I don't know what to make of that.
